A Perfect Wedding at The White Barn with South West Wedding Band Missing Cat Trio

A wedding is a special day where two people exchange their vows in front of their loved ones. It is a day of celebration, joy, and love. To make this day special, couples want everything to be perfect, including the venue, food, and music. In this blog post, we will talk about the perfect wedding of Lisa and Ernie, which was held at The White Barn venue in South Petherton and was performed by South West Wedding Band Missing Cat Trio.

The White Barn Wedding Venue in South Petherton

Located in the peaceful countryside of South Petherton, The White Barn is a beautiful wedding venue surrounded by stunning views of nature. It is a renovated barn that offers a rustic and charming atmosphere perfect for any wedding celebration. The venue has all the necessary facilities, including a bar, dance floor, and seating area, to make sure the guests are comfortable, and the event runs smoothly.


Lisa & Ernie were joined by friends and family in the summer sun at an outdoor Wedding in the beautiful meadow of The White Barn in South Petherton.

Missing Cat Trio & Wedding Couple at White Barn

Lisa and Ernie had the duo package performed by Mike Ritchie on acoustic guitar/vocals and Neil Lewis on Cajon. This package included a set list of current pop music, played in a unique and enjoyable style perfect for a drinks reception or a casual intimate laid-back atmosphere. The duo's performance created a warm and inviting atmosphere filled with joy and happiness that complemented the wedding celebration perfectly.

Later on, the performance from Missing Cat Trio took things to the next level. The trio performed the couples First Dance and for this the couple decided to go for one of Missing Cat Trio's most spectacular packages - the 'WOW' package. This consisted of a cold to touch spark effect machine which shoots sparks up to 15m in the air. As Missing Cat Trio performed the first Chorus the sparks shot into the air, surmising the guests and created the perfect wedding photo for the couple. The music was loved by the guests, with the trio's set list which catered to all ages, making sure guests of all ages kept the dance floor full.


The night ended with the DJ package, which kept the guests dancing until the early hours, with classics like the Macarena & Saturday, to test the guests choreography skills.


The guests were left with vibrant memories of a day that had all the elements of a perfect wedding celebration, from the Acoustic Duo set for the drinks reception to the upbeat live band with spark effects. "We couldn't of asked for a more perfect wedding and every aspect was amazing" Lisa, the bride quoted.
